The spacious Standard Studio had all necessary amenities and a clean environment. The lack of air conditioning made it quite stuffy.

It is still under construction so it is a bit of a building site. I can see that it would be great for families as there is a pool and a bouncy castle and the site is opposite Les Mini Chateaux. The apartments for 6 are huge. The apartments for 4 are small.
We booked for 4 people - my husband and myself and our two children of 16 and 22. The 4 bed unit was 2 double beds in one room and the kitchen diner was empty of any cooking utensils, plates, cups etc. We had to upgrade - and for 26 euros we got a much better deal - ie cutlery and a bed that my children did not have to share.

The location was very nice with a nice view. The studio was in an excellent condition, very well equipped (except for what is mentioned below) and very comfortable. We had a very pleasant stay.
There was not a single tea-spoon in the studio, so we had to go and buy some stuff. I understand that the kitchen was not equipped (although there was a dishwasher(!)), but I expected at least a kettle together with a couple of cups and a tea-spoon. Apart from that, everything else was fine.

The outdoor pool was a refreshing escape after our busy days exploring the nearby castles.
The wifi was very unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected .

We were a family with 3 young children and stayed in a 'duplex type apartment' for 1 night. All rooms are actually apartments located around the site. The reception, bar and restaurant are located in one building which is separate to the apartments. The entire complex is brand new. Our apartment was very spacious and well furnished and had one double room, one twin room, bathroom, toilet and living area upstairs, sofa bed downstairs with kitchen facilities, living area, and second toilet. 2 flat screen TV's. Located about 5 min drive from centre of Amboise Town. Our apartment was not ready on arrival however we were looked after by the Manager who was very friendly and resolved the matter personally.
You cannot drive your car to your apartment, you are required to park near the main reception and transfer of your luggage is carried out by electric buggy or you can walk if you don't have too much to carry. Furthest apartment might be 4-5 minutes walk to reception building. Paths are not finished.

We enjoyed a great stay with our five adult children. The location was perfect for visiting attractions like Beauval Zoo and the surrounding activities like hiking. The access to the outdoor pool and garden.
My wife says that the apartment could use some updates for families.

Quite well equipped villas. Decent accommodation. Relatively new constructions.
They should supply some cleaning material in the kitchen. They have no laundry facilities. The reception is quite a walk away from the accommodation spaces. There is no Wi-Fi or Wired Internet in the rooms.

Had a great stay with a spacious studio that felt like a cozy home. The outdoor pool and chill patio were perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Only downside was the fridge noise at night, but it didn't ruin our experience. Definitely pack a swimsuit! 🌊

Nice duplex appartment, great size and clean. Location is very good to access Amboise and the rest of the cities around. Definitely recomendable.
Just to put something "negative", the size of the swimming pool is not enough for all the residence, and also wifi outside reception could be an extra, but a grwpeat place anywat.

On arriving the hotel is very impressive with and enormous reception area and the houses in the background which gives it the impression of being a small housing estate. The room was very comfortable and clean. It was beautifully decorated and there was a kitchen and dining area and an open aspect to the rear looking over the pond.
The facilities in the kitchen were non existent. There were two plates , one fork one spoon and one knife. No cups so you couldnt even make a drink. The parking is a long way from the accomodation and although you could drive the car to the rooms to unpack you had to then take your car back to the carpark and walk back toi the accomodation which after a long drive is not what you want. Also it is not in the centre of amboise at all. It is a good 5 minute drive into amboise.
